Fantastic stay, AMAZING personnel!

Elizabeth at the front desk showed such kindness. Tamara was super professional. Kal, the concierge, displayed genuine interest in helping plan my stay. The hotel employs MAGIC personnel dedicated to providing amazing services. They are attentive and.
The minibar blue lights were quite bright at night, needing to be covered. It was a minor inconvenience. I wish they could dim them!

The hotel is close to multiple shops and it's only steps away from several different locations. The hotel has a business center needing to take care of work. Valet parking is available for a FEE.

The Villard restaurant offers quiche Lorraine for breakfast. It is a MUST try. Cocktails in the evening were well made. The vibes were GREAT!!! Room service is efficient. There is Pomme Palis bakery serving coffee, juices, and breakfast.
